Ginger, also known as Virginia - my late grandmother, was a magical soul that impacted many while she was alive. She loved everyone she came across as if they were her best friend, and cared so deeply for her family and community.

How she carried herself in her life, and how she facilitated connections with people and her community, is the foundation of my practice - Ginger’s Place. Dedicated to her life, I strive to bring comfort and a safe space for all bodies, body types, LGBTQ+ individuals, and BIPOC individuals.

My name is Holly (She/Her) and I am the founder and owner of Ginger’s Place - my massage therapy private practice.

I’m a native Oregonian who graduated from East West College Of The Healing Arts in Portland, OR in 2018, and acquired my massage therapy license through the Oregon Board Of Massage Therapists; #24884.

Private practice has always been my career goal, and as a part of the LGBTQ+ community it was important to me to establish a practice that is a safe place for my community and more. The Pandemic seemed like the oddly perfect time and opportunity to put the work in and develop my own private practice, and as of January, 2021, Ginger’s Place was born.

I love working with and helping people feel more connected with their bodies, find pain relief, help manage their chronic pain, work through injury or surgery recovery, bring ease to their nervous systems, and overall feel more balanced and comfortable in their bodies.

Massage therapy is my life’s passion and a field I am extremely honored to be in. It not only feeds my love of learning and traveling, but also connects me with a valuable and supportive wellness community - in Portland and beyond.
